T7.1. Set up an evaluation infrastructure (UKOU)
- Provide a set of online tools for a continuous discussion on the evaluation methods an for the ease of certain data gathering (e.g. for the Social Network Analysis)
T7.2 Initial selection and regular adaptation of Evaluation Methods (ZSI)
- Defining the baseline against which the network will be measured
- Propose, validate and revise the evaluation method and criteria
- Coordinate discussion among network partners to identify strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation method, analyze the implications of the evaluation results.
T7.3 Monitoring (KMRC)
- Defining the initial benchmarks
- Instruct partners on the data provision for the longitudinal SNA
- Data gathering and analysis
- Yearly reporting on integration level reached
T7.4 Evaluation (ZSI) The activities are designed based on the evaluation questions this WP aims to answer:
Gather and compile the data relevant for the specific indicators
- Evaluate whether the WP activities and management succeed in driving and sustaining the development of the Network;
- Identify the critical success factors that enhance the impact of the Network;
- Identify the hindering factors that bottleneck the impact of the Network;
- Assess how the degree of integration evolves with the activities of the workpackages, primarily based on the monitoring SNA and the indicators defined;
- Evaluate the common infrastructure being deployed in the Network (especially by WP6)
- Discuss strengths and weaknesses identified with the developers and managers of the systems under evaluation;
- Participate regularly in Executive Board Meeting.
T7.5 Sustainability planning (UKOU)
- Drafting of Sustainability roadmap
- Monitoring of sustainability roadmap
- Update of sustainability roadmap
T7.6 Quality assurance management (ZSI)
- Coordinate the internal peer review process for all STELLARnet deliverables.
- Report to the Executive Board in case of highly critical quality issues regarding certain deliverables and/or WPs.
