Objectives
- Perform continuous monitoring and evaluation of the network using Social Network Analysis as well as quantitative and qualitative indicators
- Provide timely information to the Executive Board about the progresses of the Joint Programme of Activities (JPA).
- Coordinate peer review processes for Network deliverables to ensure their (e)quality.
- Publish half-yearly progress evaluation reports.
- Continuously refine and extend the evaluation method as well as the set of indicators.
- Provide contingency plans in close cooperation and consultation with the relevant WP leaders or organizations involved in the problems that might occur during the course of the Network on various levels and activities.
