Description of work
The work will be articulated around tasks according to the following scheme:
Task 1 and 2 are related to the Doctoral School, the Doctoral Consortium, and the associated Scholarships
Task 1: Establishment of the Doctoral Academy Board to oversee the Doctoral School, the Doctoral Consortium, and the associated Scholarship in relationship with STELLAR management and Grand Challenge WPs (Lead: UB).
Task 2: Establishment of a program for the TEL stakeholders to provide mobility scholarships and internship opportunities (testbeds) to TEL PhD students (Lead: ATOS).
Tasks 3 to 7 are related to the Doctoral School which is to take place at least on an annual basis (Lead: EPFL)
Task 3: Elaboration of transparent and well-documented processes to manage the Doctoral School (Lead: EPFL)
Task 4: Establishment of the Doctoral School local organisation team and the Doctoral Training Community (Lead: OUNL)
Task 5: Elaboration and dissemination of Calls for Doctoral School workshops (Lead: ZSI)
Task 6: Selection of Doctoral School workshops by the Doctoral Academy Board (Lead: UB)
Task 7: Organisation of the Doctoral School, to include documentation and communication (Lead: OUNL) Tasks 8 to 11 are related to the Doctoral Consortium
Task 8: Establishment of Doctoral Consortium Organising Committee and the Doctoral Advisory Community (Lead: ALU-FR)
Task 9: Elaboration and dissemination of the call for the Doctoral Consortium (Lead: ALU-FR)
Task 10: Selection of the contributions by the Organising Committee (Lead: ALU-FR)
Task 11: Facilitating the integration of doctoral activities within the TEL field in Europe (Lead OUNL)
