Strategic Advisory Panel
The one and only (but important!) function of this Board is to engage, twice in the course of the STELLARnet project, in a strategic discussion with the network. This discussion will take place in the Meetings of the Minds.
The basic idea is that we can engage in a thorough discussion with eight visionaries, who can help us to reflect on whether we are dealing with the most relevant and important TEL issues. The members of the Board commit to participate in the Meeting of the Minds - they will devote two times three days to STELLARnet. They may engage with the network outside of these meetings, but we do not specifically demand that they do so.
