Podcast web site and podcasts infrastructure

This infrastructure will enable both KUL and UKOU to record and distribute podcast sessions. It will also support the tracking of relevant characteristics in terms of downloads, plays, references, etc.

From the steeple project, there is a useful resource called The Steeple Podcasting Booklet on techniques for recording podcasts.

The STELLARnet podcast repository is now online - podcast list.
