D1.8 Final TEL Grand Challenge Vision and Strategy Report. The final roadmap will summarize the trend reports, analyze the evolution of TEL research and practice during the lifetime of the network, and provide viewpoint from the different stakeholders, as observed in the Delphi studies. These will serve as a foundation for our visions and recommendations. It is our intention to disseminate the Final Roadmap to a large and broad audience.
