Hosted by the Flemish Ministry of Education just before the Media and Learning conference, the STELLARnet workshop invites people involved in the policy making process in education and training in Europe to discuss how TEL research can support innovation and change in these policy areas and which questions are most urgent to be answered today by TEL research to help policy making in the field.

The workshop will be held on the 24th of November 2010, starting from 2.30 p.m, in the Flemish Ministry of Education headquarters in Brussels.
