2 Topic Benchmark: Conferences / EDMEDIA
There is an extensive analysis on Benchmark: Conferences/ED-MEDIA from Fridolin, Chris, and Peter. The datasets are also on ManyEyes.
The ED-MEDIA data has been sanitized (see [A Benchmarking Methodology]). A comparison between the years 2000 and 2008 has been elaborated with special focus on dictionary growth (and other changes in characteristics) as well as an analysis of the lexical seminatic relationships using network analysis on cosine distances of term-term relations in a trained latent-semantic space.
