RTST Trend Report: lead theme Connecting Learners

The report aggregates our experiences in creating an online community using the “Science 2.0” framework, summarizes discussions within the community and reports trends and achievements in European TEL research and industry.

The report will consist of three parts:

• Survey of trends and connections in TEL research and practice
• Reports of small-scale studies that investigate the current state of the art in a certain field
• Discussion and Implications for Future Research
